This summer we went on the greatest road trip to the Pacific North West! I have been wanting to do this road trip for years and so for my graduation celebration we headed up with some friends. I felt I needed to break the posts up because there would just be too much if I threw it all in one post. This post includes our adventures in Portland and the Oregon Coast.
Okay...SALT AND STRAW ice cream is THE BOMB! I mean I am still dreaming about how amazing this ice cream was. I got the salted caramel and chocolate brownie. This place was classy and you can smell it from a block away. Wait in the line it is BEYOND worth it!
The guy who directed us to this sign asked for some change in return for the directions. He even said he would tell us a joke. All I remember was the joke included mermaids and he waited to make sure we acted weird in front of the wall. It was kind of uncomfortable, but I feel like in Portland you just embrace the uncomfortable.
Hiking through these forests was definitely a highlight. This place was so dreamy!
